You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. Prohibited behavior includes: illegal activity; infringement of intellectual property or publicity/privacy rights; generating or distributing unlawful, hateful, or harassing content; attempting to access non‑public areas or interfere with network operations; reverse engineering or scraping without permission; and circumventing usage limits or security measures.

3. User Content and Generated Outputs

You retain ownership of content you upload to or create with the Service. You grant Clipvo a limited, non‑exclusive license to host and process content solely to provide and improve the Service. AI‑generated outputs may be influenced by underlying model providers and are subject to their policies and applicable law. You are responsible for evaluating outputs for accuracy, avoiding infringement, and complying with third‑party rights and advertising standards.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Clipvo and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

5. Third‑Party Services

Some features may rely on third‑party services (e.g., analytics, content delivery, model hosting). Your use of those services may be subject to the providers’ terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party content or practices.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Clipvo’s core editor is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, pricing, billing frequency, refunds, and cancellation terms will be presented during checkout and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service reliable and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be removed, or be offered in preview/beta. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access if you violate these Terms or if required to do so by law.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate or suitable for your use case, or that the Service will be error‑free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIPVO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid (if any) in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clipvo from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction where Clipvo operates or as otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance.
